We're so happy to have you join us this year for Harvestfest! Whether you're a returning vendor or this is your first rodeo with us, some big changes have happened with our confirmation process this year to ensure everyone has a safe and easy set up!

Vendor Parking can be located behind the Village Trader: 

1426 Pocono Blvd, Mount Pocono, PA, 18466 

or by the Marts Bus Station Stop: 

7 Fork St, Mount Pocono, PA 

The Mount Pocono Boro building also has an avaiabe parking lot: 

 1361 Pocono Blvd Mt Pocono PA 18344

Street parking is also available BEFORE the road closure.

Please Keep in mind your spot number in relation to your parking spot. Rt 611 will be closed from Kinney Ave down for the festival, during this time vendors, entertainers and food trucks will be allowed to drive thru to find parking. 

After parking you can find your spot along Pocono Blvd, Fairview Ave or Dogwood LN. Spots will be spray painted with the numbers inside for easy view. 

Once you find your spot you can begin setting up, a Mount Pocono Assn Associate will be with you shortly to confirm your spot. Please have your confirmation ticket (printed out or just have the email pulled up on your phone) You can arrive as early as 8am to begin setting up. (As early as 7:30am if you have a big set up but MPA associates will not be present and confirming until 8am) 

Pocono Blvd, (rt 611) will be shut down in from Kinney Ave to the Martz bus station but will be open to vendors to drive up and unload in their spot. 

You may also drive thru Citizens Bank Parking lot to unload. Once you've unloaded you can find parking at the locations listed above.  Notice: If you were a last minute vendor and have a spot with "a" next to it, your spot was created on the map but will not be spray painted. Please reference the map when going to your spot, if you need help with exact size, location , ect, a MPA associate will help.
